Pragmatum Training Merges into DMC International ltd.

DMC International Ltd, a BSE listed Education company  announced the merger of Pragmatum Training Private Ltd with DMC. The company has decided to appoint Wahi & Gupta, Chartered Accountants, New Delhi, for the due diligence, valuation of companies and recommendation of the equity swap ratio. Pragmatum Training Pvt ltd., is a leading supplemental education provider for three core subjects – English, Mathematics and Science. The company develops content in three disciplines and packages in different modules under different brands to meet the needs of students.

DMC entered into a strategic partnership with Quest Tutorials in April 2010 which was earlier owned by Pragmatum Training Private ltd. , Quest Tutorials is one of the prominent IIT JEE Preparatory institutes of the country.
