Indore-based edtech startup Arivihan has raised $10 million (around Rs 96 crore) in a Series A funding round led by existing investors Prosus and Accel. The latest investment values the AI-powered education company at around Rs 570 crore, according to regulatory filings.
The funding comes around 15 months after Arivihan’s previous investment round and will support the startup’s plans to expand its AI-based tutoring platform across more state education boards and strengthen its presence in competitive exam preparation.
According to co-founder and CEO Ritesh Singh Chandel, the company plans to cover almost all state boards by the end of the year, while also expanding its offerings for CBSE students and medical entrance examinations.
Arivihan was founded in 2024 by Ritesh Singh Chandel, Sonu Kumar and Rushabh Kothari. The platform focuses on personalised learning for students, particularly those in Tier-II cities and rural areas. Its offerings include AI-enabled tutoring, doubt-solving support, study plans and learning content for school education and competitive examinations.
The latest round marks a significant increase in the company’s reported valuation compared with its previous pre-Series A valuation of around Rs 171 crore. Accel and Prosus have also increased their involvement in the company through the latest fundraise.

Arivihan had earlier raised approximately $4.17 million (around Rs 36 crore) in a pre-Series A round led by Prosus and Accel, with participation from GSF Investors.
The startup’s growth comes as edtech companies increasingly explore artificial intelligence and personalised learning to deliver academic support at scale. Arivihan’s latest funding is expected to help it broaden its content, technology and geographical reach as it builds its AI-led learning platform for students across India.
