Tamil Nadu to introduce new Higher Education policy with four-year degree programmes

The Tamil Nadu government is preparing a new State Higher Education Policy that will introduce four-year undergraduate degree programmes across universities and colleges. The policy aims to modernise higher education while aligning academic programmes with evolving national and global standards.
