KLAY appoints Abhishek Joshi as CEO to lead next phase of growth

Early childhood education provider KLAY has appointed Abhishek Joshi as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company’s next phase of growth and strengthen its position in India’s preschool and childcare sector.

Joshi brings over two decades of leadership experience across leading consumer brands, including Licious, Jubilant FoodWorks (Domino’s India), Hindustan Unilever (HUL), and Amul. He has a strong track record in business transformation, brand building, and customer-centric growth.

In his new role, Joshi will focus on expanding KLAY’s integrated early childhood education ecosystem by enhancing learning, childcare, and parent engagement while increasing access to quality preschool education across India.
